Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for orders where the customer selected the incorrect device model, design, color, finish, or simply changed their mind after production has begun.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

To help us review your claim, you may be asked to provide your order number along with clear photographs showing the issue, including the product and its packaging when applicable.

Claims submitted after the applicable reporting period may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Customized & Personalized Products

Customized and personalized products are manufactured specifically according to the customer's selections and specifications.

For this reason, customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or an error occurred on our part.

Warranty
