Refund policy

1. Return Period & Eligibility

  • We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
      • Unworn or unused
      • In the same condition that you received it
      • With original tags and packaging (if applicable)
      • With all accessories and included items (e.g. packaging inserts, freebies)

2. How to Request a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support via email at care@caseteroid.com or click here.

  • In your return request, please include:
      1. Your name
      2. Order number
      3. Item(s) you wish to return
      4. Reason for return
      5. Photos of the item(s) received

3. Return Approval & Time to Ship Back

  • Once we receive your return request, our team will review it. If more information is needed, we’ll reach out.

  • We aim to respond to return requests within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

  • If your return is approved, you will have 14 days from approval to ship the item(s) back to us.

  • Important: We will not accept returns sent back without prior approval or unsolicited returns.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • In all other cases (e.g. you changed your mind, ordering wrong size, style preference), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you choose an untracked or uninsured shipping method for the return, please keep proof of postage, as we can’t be held responsible for lost parcels without tracking.

5. Exchanges

  • Because many of our products are made-to-order or customized, exchanges are limited.

  • We allow exchanges only in the following cases:
      • You ordered the wrong size or variant
      • We shipped an incorrect item

  • Exchanges must be for the same design or SKU as your original purchase (unless otherwise agreed).

6. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund on your statement.

  • Promotional order refunds:
      For special offers (e.g. “buy 4, get 2 free”), refunds will be calculated proportionately based on the discounted per-item price.

7. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel or change your order within 1 hour after purchase, provided it hasn’t entered production.

  • Once your order enters production (after the 1-hour window), we can no longer cancel or change it.

  • If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the returns process.

8. Conditions & Exceptions

  • Items that are returned used, damaged, or with missing parts (beyond normal inspection) may be rejected or incur a partial refund.

  • In case of manufacturing defects, we may request additional evidence (photos/videos) to assess the issue before approving a return.
