CASETEROID Warranty Policy

At CASETEROID, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing a great customer experience. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from CASETEROID or one of our authorized sales channels.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that affect the normal use of the product. Coverage periods vary by product category — see the table above for specific timeframes.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice a defect or receive an incorrect item, contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible so we can assist you.

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

  • Your order number (or the purchaser's details if the item was received as a gift)

  • At least one clear, high-quality photo or video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

After reviewing your claim, our team will determine whether the issue qualifies under this warranty.

If your claim is approved, we will replace the affected product with the same model and design whenever possible. If the original item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or another suitable solution of equal value.

This commercial warranty provides replacement products only and does not include refunds. However, nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchased product.

Products that have already been replaced under this warranty are not eligible for additional warranty replacements.

Items that have previously been refunded are no longer covered under this warranty.

If a product was purchased as a gift, we must be able to locate the original order before processing a warranty claim.

Products provided free of charge for promotional purposes, influencer collaborations, giveaways, reviews, goodwill gestures, or other complimentary reasons are not covered by this warranty unless otherwise stated.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Accidental drops, impacts, or falls

  • Improper installation or incorrect use

  • Misuse, abuse, or negligence

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations

  • Damage caused by third-party accessories or products not sold by CASETEROID

  • Exposure to excessive heat, fire, liquids, chemicals, or other environmental conditions

  • Damage caused by improper storage or handling

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, fading, discoloration, or cosmetic changes that naturally occur over time

Product Care

Proper care helps keep your CASETEROID products looking and performing their best.

Phone Cases

To remove your phone case, gently lift one bottom corner first before removing the rest of the case. Avoid pulling directly from the sides, as this may reduce the lifespan of the case.

If you use alcohol-based hand sanitizer, allow your hands to dry completely before handling your phone case.

Clean your case using a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.

iPad Cases, MacBook Cases & Laptop Sleeves

Wipe with a soft damp cloth whenever needed.

Keep away from excessive moisture, oils, lotions, and harsh cleaning products.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures.

Protect the surface from sharp objects that may scratch or damage the material.

Allow the product to air dry naturally if it becomes wet.

AirPods Cases & Galaxy Buds Cases

Clean gently using a soft microfiber cloth.

Avoid exposing the case to excessive moisture or extreme temperatures.

Allow hands to dry after using hand sanitizer before handling the product.

Ring Holders & Phone Straps

Keep clean by wiping with a soft damp cloth.

Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, lotions, oils, and harsh chemicals.

Do not use excessive force or intentionally bend components beyond their intended use.

Allow products to dry naturally if they become wet.

Power Banks

Use only compatible charging cables and devices.

Do not expose the power bank to water, excessive heat, open flames, or direct sunlight for extended periods.

Avoid dropping, crushing, puncturing, or disassembling the device.

Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Stop using the power bank immediately if it becomes swollen, damaged, unusually hot, or shows signs of malfunction.

Screen Protectors

Clean the screen thoroughly and ensure it is completely dry and dust-free before applying.

Avoid touching the adhesive side of the protector during installation.

Use a microfiber cloth to gently smooth out any air bubbles after application.

Once applied, wipe the screen protector with a soft, dry cloth — avoid abrasive materials that may cause scratches.

Accessories

Wipe clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth as needed.

Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures.

Store in a dry place when not in use to help maintain appearance and function over time.
