What are the shipping times?

The shipping times are short: from the moment the order is placed, the order is dispatched within 24-48 hours on average. It is then delivered quickly to you: we work with the best transporters.

What if the product is damaged during shipping?

First of all, sorry for the poor experience. Secondly, if the goods have been damaged contact us via LiveChat or email us at hello@caseteroid.com. 

We will quickly send you a replacement unit. 

To speed things up, we will require pictures in order for us to ship out replacement, so please make sure get those before reaching out to customer support.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for quality or shipping errors, have to be submitted before 30 days of the ordering date.

What if an order gets lost in the mail?

For all packages lost in transit, you have to submit your claim 30 days from ordering day. 

We will investigate the matter, however, please make sure that delivery address was correct.


In addition, we would recommend you to get in touch with our shipping company for clarification about the order delivery status. 

If the order could not have been delivered due to a mistake in address and the package is returned to us. You will receive a partial refund for your order.
